About Me

Netha Soun

At one point in my life, I felt completely disconnected from my body. Chronic pain, fatigue, digestive issues, joint pain, brain fog, and mood swings became part of my everyday reality. I tried countless solutions, visited numerous doctors, and relied on prescriptions, yet nothing seemed to address the root causes of my suffering. I often felt more isolated, disheartened, and stuck; my body wasn’t cooperating, and neither were the solutions. Growing up, I wasn’t taught how to care for my body properly, so I accepted pain as normal. I didn’t know there was a way to feel better, to live without constant discomfort. Deep down, I knew something needed to change. I couldn’t continue accepting this as my reality. That realization led me on a journey of self-exploration, trial, and learning. I began listening to my body and honoring its needs, making choices that supported my overall health and well-being. This process taught me that true wellness isn't about quick fixes, restrictive diets, or temporary solutions. It's about understanding your unique body, nourishing it with the right foods, and building habits that support long-term health. For me, making changes, like eliminating alcohol and certain foods, was transformative. It gave me the mental clarity, emotional balance, and connection to my body that I had been searching for. This journey has completely shifted my life. As I advanced on my path to healing, I realized that others may be experiencing the same feelings I once had- struggling, overwhelmed, and unsure of where to begin. This realization inspired me to start my business. I wanted to be the person who could offer others the tools, guidance, and support I never had to help them take control of their health, feel empowered in their bodies, and create the life they truly deserve. It became my mission to combine my fitness, nutrition, and mindset knowledge to guide others toward the transformation I experienced.


Now, as a Fitness, Nutrition, and Behavior Coach, I am passionate about helping others reconnect with their bodies and achieve healing and vitality. I’ve been where you are, struggling and feeling stuck, and I want you to know there’s a way out. I assist my clients in building sustainable, healthy habits through personalized coaching and creating the physical and emotional strength they need to thrive. Wellness isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach. It’s about finding what works for you. Together, we will focus on nourishing your body, developing mindful behaviors, and discovering what truly supports your long-term health. My mission is to empower you to take control of your health so you can live the life you deserve, filled with vitality, strength, and clarity.
